After a decade "on the Green" we once again celebrated Halloween with the 11th Annual Old-Fashioned Haunted Evening. This event, presented by Bell Buckle Chamber of Commerce, is a long-time favorite and has proven a very popular way for the Chamber to give back to the townspeople.
Contests were held for witch cackling, werewolf howl, best carved pumpkin, mayor's monster mash, best costume (all age groups), best pet costume, the biggest pumpkin grown in Bedford County and much more.
A karaoke contest was also held with cash prizes for best female, male and duo or group. Other attractions included the Tunnel of Terror presented by the Liberty School Drama Club; fortune tellers; the haunted hayride provided by the Bell Buckle Lions Club; and games for all ages.
